Ticket restock alerts and Ticketmaster restock monitors, in Discord, Slack and more

Sold-out events get tickets back: released holds, returned tickets, new dates, resale listings. Eventory Monitors watch the events you pick on 53 primary and resale ticketing sites in 36 countries and alert you the second tickets restock, stock drops or prices change, in the channels your team already uses.

Monitors plans; Slack, Telegram, Pushover and API credits from Standard up.

What is a ticket restock alert?

A message that tells you tickets have come back on an event that looked sold out, as soon as they appear. A restock monitor checks the event on the ticketing site around the clock so you don't have to keep refreshing the page, and an alert is only useful if it reaches you before the tickets are gone.

How does a Ticketmaster restock monitor work?

You add the Ticketmaster event to Eventory. The monitor then watches it continuously and posts an alert the moment tickets reappear, with the section and row, how many came back and at what price, plus a link straight to the event. The same works on Ticketmaster's resale listings and in every country Eventory covers.

Which ticketing sites can I get restock alerts from?

53 sites in 36 countries: primary sellers such as Ticketmaster, Eventim, AXS, See Tickets, DICE, Ticketek and TicketWeb; resale marketplaces such as StubHub, viagogo, SeatGeek, Vivid Seats, TickPick, fanSALE, TicketSwap and Twickets; and official club, venue and event shops such as UEFA, Formula 1, MLB and the NFL International Games.

Can I get ticket drop and price drop alerts too?

Yes. Besides restocks, monitors tell you when stock falls, so you can watch an event selling out section by section, and, on the sites that support it, when prices go up or down. A price drop alert on a resale listing is often the moment to buy.

Do the alerts cover resale tickets?

Yes. You can monitor resale marketplaces such as StubHub, viagogo, SeatGeek and Vivid Seats as well as the resale tickets on primary sites, and filter by ticket type to follow standard, resale and premium inventory separately.

Where do the alerts arrive?

In Discord, Slack, Telegram, WhatsApp or Pushover, or in your own tools through webhooks and the Eventory API. Every alert is also kept in the dashboard, in the notification history and in the desktop app, so nothing is lost when a channel is muted.

How do I stop getting alerts I won't act on?

Each monitor can be limited to the sections and rows you would buy, a maximum price, seats together and a minimum restock size. A restock of one obstructed-view seat at twice the price never reaches your channel.

Can a team or cook group share the alerts?

Yes. Plans include several users, each monitor has its own delivery, so you can route Ticketmaster drops to one Discord channel and resale to another, and cook groups can brand the notifications with their own name and logo.

How to set up a ticket restock alert

  1. Paste the event link from Ticketmaster or any supported site into Eventory, or search the event by name.
  2. Choose what you want to hear about: restocks, stock drops, price changes.
  3. Set your filters: sections and rows, maximum price, seats together, minimum restock size.
  4. Pick where the alert goes: a Discord or Slack channel, Telegram, WhatsApp, Pushover or your webhook.
  5. Done: the monitor runs around the clock and alerts you the second tickets come back.

FAQ

Does Ticketmaster restock tickets?

Often, yes: holds are released, tickets are returned or new dates are added after an event sells out. Those tickets go fast, which is why restock alerts matter.

How do I get Ticketmaster alerts for resale tickets?

Add the event to an Eventory monitor and keep resale in the ticket types: you get an alert whenever resale tickets appear or change price, with the section and price.

How do I get ticket restock alerts in Discord?

Add a Discord webhook as the delivery of your monitors. Every restock, stock drop or price change on the events you watch is posted to that channel with the section, quantity and price.

Can I get alerts in Slack, Telegram or WhatsApp instead?

Yes. Monitors deliver to Discord, Slack, Telegram, WhatsApp, Pushover or webhooks; Slack, Telegram and Pushover come with Standard and up.

Does Eventory send ticket alerts by email?

Monitor alerts go to chat apps and webhooks, not email. Market Intelligence Trackers alert by email (Starter) and in Discord, Slack, Pushover and Telegram (Broker).

How much do ticket restock alerts cost?

Monitors are priced for the whole team: Essential €138/month (70 events, 2 users), Standard €278 (200 events, 4 users), Team €480 (400 events, 8 users), Pro €960 (1,000 events, 8 users); Enterprise on request.
