Eventory Monitors FAQ

What are Eventory Monitors?

Eventory Monitors watch the ticketing websites of the events you choose and send an alert the moment tickets restock, prices change or stock drops, so your team can buy before the drop sells out.

Which ticketing sites can Eventory monitor?

Eventory monitors Ticketmaster, AXS, Eventim, See Tickets, DICE, StubHub, viagogo, Fansale, TicketSwap and dozens of regional primary and resale sites. Every plan can request new sites, and the Eventory team adds them.

Where do Eventory alerts arrive?

Eventory sends alerts to Discord, Slack, Telegram, Pushover and WhatsApp, to the in-app dashboard, or to your own systems through webhooks and the Eventory API.

Can I filter which Eventory alerts I receive?

Yes. Each Eventory monitor can be limited to the sections you care about and to restocks above a minimum size, so your channels only get the drops you would act on.

How many events can I monitor with Eventory?

Every Eventory plan includes a number of monitored events and users, and you can add more events for a small monthly fee per event. The plans are listed above, from Essential to Pro, with Enterprise for custom volumes.

Does Eventory work on the Ticketmaster page?

Yes. The Eventory Chrome extension shows live stock and prices on the Ticketmaster event page you are already on.

What is a Monitor?

A Monitor watches a ticketing website live (Ticketmaster, AXS, Eventim, See Tickets and many more) and alerts you the moment tickets restock, prices change or stock drops. Alerts go wherever your team works: Discord, Slack, Telegram, Pushover or the dashboard. Monitors come with the Monitors plans.

What is a Tracker?

A Tracker watches an event or an artist in Eventory's market data and emails you when a number crosses the threshold you set: tickets sold, get-in price, listings, followers. Trackers come with the Market Intelligence plans.

What is the difference between Monitors and Trackers?

Monitors watch the ticketing site itself and fire in real time, so you can act on a drop before it sells out. Trackers watch the market data around an event or artist and tell you when it reaches a level worth acting on. Use Trackers to decide what to go after, and Monitors to catch the tickets when they drop.
