Ticket sales tracker and ticket price tracker

A monitor tells you when tickets come back. A Tracker tells you when an event is worth acting on: it watches Eventory's sales and price data for an event or an artist and alerts you the moment a number crosses the threshold you set.

Market Intelligence: 20 Trackers with Starter, unlimited with Broker.

What is a ticket sales tracker?

A rule on an event's sales data that alerts you when it comes true: for example 500 tickets sold in a day, or 12,000 sold in total. It replaces checking an event every morning, or keeping your own spreadsheet of ticket sales.

Can I use it as a ticket price tracker?

Yes. A Tracker can watch the get-in price (the cheapest ticket available) and the average sale price, and alert you when the price falls under your target or rises above it. That is a price drop alert built on real sales, not on a single listing.

Does it track StubHub and Ticketmaster prices?

Eventory's numbers combine the resale market, including StubHub, viagogo and Vivid Seats, with Ticketmaster primary data where it has it, so one Tracker follows the market for the event rather than one site.

Can I track a whole tour, not just one show?

Yes. Trackers work on an artist as well as on a single event, so you can follow how a tour sells across its dates without setting up every show by hand.

How is a Tracker different from a restock monitor?

A monitor watches the ticketing site and alerts on every restock. A Tracker watches the market data and alerts once, when the condition you set comes true, so you hear about the events that move, not every ticket that drops.

Where do Tracker alerts arrive?

By email and in the dashboard with Starter; Broker adds Discord, Slack, Pushover and Telegram. The watchlist shows every Tracker as waiting or already true.

How to track ticket sales or prices for an event

  1. Open the event (or the artist) on Eventory.
  2. Create a Tracker and pick the number to watch: tickets sold, tickets sold in a day, get-in price, average sale price or listings.
  3. Set the threshold, above or below.
  4. Choose where the alert goes: email, the dashboard, or Discord, Slack, Pushover and Telegram with Broker.

FAQ

Can I get an alert when an event sells a certain number of tickets?

Yes. Create a Tracker on the event with tickets sold (or tickets sold in a day) and your threshold; Eventory alerts you when the number crosses it.

Can I track the get-in price of an event?

Yes. A Tracker on the get-in price alerts you when the cheapest ticket falls under, or rises above, the price you set.

Is there a ticket price tracker for concerts and sports?

Eventory tracks concerts, sports, comedy and theatre: any event it covers can have a Tracker on its prices or sales.

Do I need a spreadsheet to track ticket sales?

No. Every event page already shows tickets sold and prices day by day; a Tracker turns the number you care about into an alert.

How many Trackers can I have?

20 with Starter, unlimited with Broker.
