Monitors or Market Intelligence?

Monitors catch the tickets. Market Intelligence tells you which tickets are worth catching. Here is what each plan does, what it costs and when you need one, the other or both.

Eventory Monitors

Monitors watch the events you pick on 53 primary and resale ticketing sites in 36 countries and alert your team the second tickets restock, stock drops or prices change, with the section, the quantity and the price.

From €138/month for the whole team

Eventory Market Intelligence

Live restock alerts from ticketing sites

A Monitor checks the event on the ticketing site around the clock and alerts you the second tickets come back: released holds, returned tickets, new dates, resale listings. Market Intelligence does not watch the ticketing sites, it watches the market data.

Stock-drop and price-change alerts

Monitors also tell you when stock falls, so you see an event selling out section by section, and, on the sites that support it, when prices go up or down.

Filters by section, row, price and quantity

Each Monitor can be limited to the sections and rows you would buy, a maximum price and a minimum restock size, so your channels only get the drops you would act on.

Trackers on tickets sold, get-in price and listings

A Tracker watches Eventory's numbers for an event or an artist and alerts you when one crosses the threshold you set, for example 500 tickets sold in a day or the get-in price falling under your target. Starter includes 20 Trackers, Broker unlimited.

Every sale on record for an event

Without Market Intelligence an event page shows its last 20 sales. Market Intelligence opens every sale on record, so you can see how an event really sold, when and at what price.

Artist and venue data, sale calendar, MarketTIQ

Artist pages with Spotify listeners, fans and scores; venue pages; the calendar of upcoming on-sales and presales; and MarketTIQ, where you filter and sort every event by its numbers (tickets sold, ATP, primary percentage sold and more).

Alerts in Discord, Slack, Telegram and Pushover

Monitors post to Discord, Slack, Telegram, WhatsApp, Pushover or your webhooks from Standard up. Market Intelligence Starter alerts by email and in the dashboard; Broker adds Discord, Slack, Pushover and Telegram.

1,000 API credits a month

Monitors Standard and up and every paid Market Intelligence plan include 1,000 credits a month for the Eventory API, to pull the same data into your own tools.

Discord, Slack, Telegram and Pushover alerts come with Monitors Standard and up and with Broker; API credits with Monitors Standard and up and every paid Market Intelligence plan.

Which one you need

Choose Monitors if

  • You buy on primary sites and resale marketplaces and need to know the second tickets restock.
  • Your team shares alerts in a Discord or Slack channel and splits the buying.
  • You already know which events you want; you need to get the tickets.

Choose Market Intelligence if

  • You decide what to buy from the numbers: tickets sold, sale prices, how fast an event sells.
  • You follow artists and tours and want their audience and sales data in one place.
  • You want an email or a Discord ping when an event crosses a threshold, not every restock.

Better together

The two work as a pair: Market Intelligence to pick the events (Starter or Broker per person), Monitors to catch the tickets on them. They are separate subscriptions on the same account, and the workspace owner assigns Market Intelligence seats from Settings.

Monitors vs Market Intelligence: FAQ

What is the difference between Eventory Monitors and Market Intelligence?

Monitors watch ticketing sites and alert you in real time when tickets restock, stock drops or prices change, so you can buy. Market Intelligence is the data side: every sale on record, artist and venue data, the sale calendar and Trackers that alert you when an event's numbers cross a threshold, so you know what to buy.

Does a Monitors plan include Market Intelligence?

No. They are separate subscriptions on the same Eventory account. Without Market Intelligence you still see the free data on every event page, including the last 20 sales.

How much do Eventory Monitors cost?

From €138 a month for 70 events and 2 users (Essential) to €960 for 1,000 events and 8 users (Pro), with Enterprise on request. The price covers the whole team.

How much does Eventory Market Intelligence cost?

There is a free tier. Starter is €27 and Broker €68 per seat per month; each person who needs access takes a seat.

What is a Monitor?

A Monitor watches a ticketing website live (Ticketmaster, AXS, Eventim, See Tickets and many more) and alerts you the moment tickets restock, prices change or stock drops. Alerts go wherever your team works: Discord, Slack, Telegram, Pushover or the dashboard. Monitors come with the Monitors plans.

What is a Tracker?

A Tracker watches an event or an artist in Eventory's market data and emails you when a number crosses the threshold you set: tickets sold, get-in price, listings, followers. Trackers come with the Market Intelligence plans.

What is the difference between Monitors and Trackers?

Monitors watch the ticketing site itself and fire in real time, so you can act on a drop before it sells out. Trackers watch the market data around an event or artist and tell you when it reaches a level worth acting on. Use Trackers to decide what to go after, and Monitors to catch the tickets when they drop.

Can I use Monitors and Market Intelligence together?

Yes, on the same account. A common setup is Market Intelligence to choose the events and Monitors to catch the tickets when they drop.

The numbers behind every event

Market Intelligence is the data side of Eventory. For every event you get the sales, prices and supply on the resale market and on Ticketmaster, day by day, plus the artist behind it. A few of the KPIs:

Sales

  • Total Tickets Sold: Total tickets sold is the cumulative number of tickets sold for an event since sales began, counted per market: completed resale transactions on the secondary market, or tickets gone from the primary seller's inventory.
  • Tickets Sold Last 24h: Tickets sold last 24h is the number of tickets sold for an event in the past 24 hours, usually shown with its percentage change compared with the previous 24 hours.
  • Daily Sales: Daily sales is the number of tickets sold for an event on each day (or month), shown as a bar chart over the life of the sale.
  • Listings Sold: Listings sold is the number of resale listings that have sold for an event — the number of transactions, as opposed to the number of tickets.
  • Average Tickets per Sale: Average tickets per sale is the average number of tickets in one resale transaction: tickets sold divided by listings sold.

Prices

  • ATP (Average Ticket Price): ATP, short for average ticket price, is the average price at which tickets for an event have sold.
  • Median Ticket Price: The median ticket price is the price in the middle: half of the tickets (listed or sold) cost less and half cost more.
  • Highest Sale Price: The highest sale price is the most that has been paid for a single ticket to an event, across completed resale transactions.
  • Average Listing Price: The average listing price is the average asking price of the tickets currently listed for sale for an event — what sellers want, not what buyers have paid.
  • Resale Price Percentiles: Resale price percentiles describe the spread of prices resale tickets sold for: a quarter sold below the 25th percentile, half below the median, three quarters below the 75th and one in ten above the 90th.

Supply

  • Available Tickets: Available tickets is the number of tickets currently on sale for an event — on the primary seller's site, across resale listings, or both — at the moment it's measured.
  • Listings Available: Listings available is the number of separate resale listings on sale for an event right now.
  • Primary Availability: Primary availability is the number of tickets still on sale from the official primary seller's own inventory, excluding resale tickets listed by fans or brokers on the same site.
  • Primary Percentage Sold: Primary percentage sold is the share of an event's capacity already sold on the primary market, calculated as capacity minus primary tickets still available, divided by capacity.
  • Sales-to-Available Ratio: The sales-to-available ratio compares the tickets sold for an event with the tickets still available: tickets sold divided by available tickets.

Artists

  • Spotify Monthly Listeners: Spotify monthly listeners is the number of unique people who played an artist on Spotify over the last 28 days.
  • Total Fans: Total fans is an artist's combined audience across platforms — Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Deezer, SoundCloud and others — added up into one number.
  • Artist Scores: Artist scores are Eventory's ratings of an artist: a fanbase score for the size of their audience, a trending score for how fast it's growing, and an overall score that combines them.
  • Fans-to-Population Ratio: The fans-to-population ratio is an artist's estimated fans in a country as a percentage of that country's population — a measure of how saturated each market is.
