Why MLB tickets come back

Sports tickets on MLB are released in phases: members and season-ticket holders first, then the general sale, then returns and exchanges as match day gets closer. Each phase puts tickets back on sale, often in small numbers.

Matches sell out fast and returns go to whoever sees them first. An Eventory monitor checks MLB continuously and alerts you the moment seats come back, with the section and the price.

What Eventory alerts you about on MLB

Every alert carries the section, the quantity and the price, with a link straight to the event.

Restocks

When MLB releases held tickets, opens a new date or puts returned tickets back on sale, Eventory sends the alert within seconds, with the section, the quantity and the price, and a link straight to the event.

Only the alerts you would act on

  • Maximum price: nothing above the price per ticket you set
  • Stock range: alert only between a minimum and a maximum number of tickets
  • Restock size: only when at least N tickets come back (or go) at once
