Fetches the current ticket availability for a single event on one of the
supported platforms (see GET /events/platforms).
The scrape runs synchronously and can take up to 60 seconds; set your client
timeout to at least 65 seconds.
A successful result is reused for 60 seconds: an identical request (same
platform, event_id and region) in that window returns it again, with
its original scrape_timestamp, and is billed like any other call.
The shape of sections depends on sections_type, which can differ between
events of the same platform. See the Section types guide.
